Welcome

Tally-ho! It's about time for our family to keep an official blog; I've thought about this a long time ago, but the first step is always the hardest, so I'm welcoming everyone to join in and update our blog regularly. You can post your daily life events and upload your photos just like keeping a diary. This way, guys, though we live thousand miles apart, we'll know what has been going on in our family and pretty much get along with each other, especially my family and Monet. I'd like to share a lot of things with you and eager to hear from you, but believe it or not, I'm a boring member of Friendster and Facebook - I reckon they're bloody complicated and I really don't care about other people's lives. This is the best way guys, I can't wait to read your blogs.

July 11 (Sunday) -Attending Ilonah's (Vincent's niece) engagement party. She's twenty-six.

Engagement party in Taiwan is much celebrated, definitely extravagant and arranged by the bride-to-be. Ilonah actually invited 300 guests (her family and friends). Guests don't give presents, they offer red envelope each (with cash in it, of course) - the Chinese are really practical. The meal is pretty amazing - huge feast.

My in-laws. Vincent is the youngest, so obviously I'm the youngest ( and the prettiest) in this photo.
