Halloween Swimming!

After going to Manila Memorial for lolo and lola, off we went to go swimming at Splash Mountain in Laguna. We took the dormitory-type room that we all can stay in one room but it was actually a little more expensive than if we took 2 separate ones. There were 12 beds but we were only 10. Osh joked that maybe "somebody else" will sleep on the extra 2 beds that Nanay didn't like to sleep on the last bed before the other two!

Our dormitory-type room

Breakfast chismisan!

Ah choo!

Haynaku! Gabby took so many pics including this and, of course, of his panget mama and papa and what he called the floor underwater.

Suplado mode!

This is Oshkosh but you won't really see him because of the big splash he made!

Gabby was so addict with the slides...

...as well as baby Jehan...

...while Kylix was very scared! She only enjoyed the swing!

Kylix, her mama and her papa, went on a "trick or treat" event the night we went to the Manila Memorial so they just followed us the next day at the resort. When they arrived, we only had 3 hrs left to stay; in fact, we just checked out of our dormitory room.

Jehan was very addicted to the slide but, of course, they can't let her go there by herself (she was always pulling Mamerts or Weng) unlike Gab who can go alone, so they just put her in the swing which she liked all the same!

The last pic before my camera got battery-drained! I brought my charger but did not bring an adaptor! Haynaku! I went to office the day before and my things weren't prepared. When I got home, everybody was ready to go so I just took a big paper bag and just threw in everything I can think of bringing, even my hair dryer but not the charger adaptor!

Now, here are taken from my mobile! We had to leave the pool na because we only had till 3 in the afternoon. So, Kylix had to stay at the pool alone, playing by herself, later joined by her papa.

After we were gone while having snacks at Chowking, Kylix called us to say that she finally went through the slide!

Taipei

CJ and I went down the city to visit the venue of Taipei International Flora Exposition.
The expo kicks off on Nov. 6 all the way to April 25 next year. It's a grand international event, so we will definitely come back most probably early December to support the activity and see the outstanding works of flower art around the world.

I don't grow flowers now, in fact I've murdered a lot of flowers and plants - that really sucks but please don't blame me- I tried everything under the sun to keep them alive. It is ironic that I appreciate the beauty of flowers but they die instantly in my hands. First world problem! I guess some people are born with green fingers.

There are four venues for the expo, and this one is at Yuanshan Park.

The Expo Mascots - the flower band - consists of 5 flower fairies and they symbolize the harmony of the four seasons as well as the the rhythm of nature as each season brings the blooming of different flowers in Taiwan.

We love this floral bus.

doin' some silly kung-fu moves...Ever since he watched the movie Ip Man2, he has been obsessed with kung fu and boxing.

See? He calls that the 'constipated' fighting style...
