Hot Air Balloon/Nayong Pilipino - Clark
This is the 16th Hot Air Balloon Festival at Clark, Pampanga. For 2 years, my officemate had been inviting me here and I said this time, I am really going! Wahahah! We went to Clark Saturday afternoon so we can go to the festival very early morning on Sunday to see the lighting of the balloons but, unfortunately, we did not see it. It was apparently held the night before. So, what the heck?!
After buying foods at Duty Free, we had dinner here at Liberty. The foods are a little expensive for a turo-turo but are really good!
The Darth Vader balloon! It did not fly long and high (just moved a little) then deflated already! And it is facing backwards! What the heck! Disappointing!
Kylix: "Don't talk to me."
Wahahah! She wants to have a hot air balloon! So Osh bought her one replica. 200pesos! Of course, Gabby also wanted to buy so I bought him one. I gave 500 pesos...the change 300 pesos lost from my pocket, so they said "isipin mo n lng 500 pesos un balloon!" Very expensive!
Snowman
The first ballon to fly. Apparently, it was also the first last year!
After checking out from the villa, we went to visit Nayong Pilipino just a few minutes drive fron there.
The End!
At the reception of Mimosa Montevista where we stayed.

New Year's Wish
We did several Chinese rituals and paid tributes to several gods of fortune to ensure maximum impact on winning the jackpot prize for Taiwan Lottery, which ran up to NT$1.84 billion.
Well, hope springs eternal...
We wrote a wish on a wishing tree...
We prayed for Goddess Guanyin...
We gently rubbed these large golden ingots...
We gave the Buddha a long cool bath...
We rolled down the Buddhist rosary twice reciting the o-mi-to-fu...(shit, I look fat in this shirt!)
The winning numbers are 05 06 23 31 39 41 ...Better luck next time! waaaahhhhh!!!!
